Our products have been carefully crafted to ensure your complete satisfaction.
However, if you change your mind, you have a 15-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your items to return them and request a refund.

Please note: You must provide us with the tracking number and proof of shipment.

We only issue refunds for products that have not been opened.

However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you haven't received your CBD within three weeks of shipment, we promise to refund you. 

We will also refund the cost of Chronopost shipping if you still haven't received your CBD within three days of shipment.

Please note: Once the tracking information for your order indicates that it has been delivered to you, we are unable to process your refund.

If necessary, we encourage you to file a claim with the carrier—which we do systematically—so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
